Director
of Online Marketing Operations
Responsibilities
- Drive leads/revenue through multi-channel,
multi-touch demand generation campaigns featuring
email, web, banners, paid/organic search, affiliates;
generate ROI
- Using automated platform, create
reports and processes to track, measure, and analyze
the performance of all online marketing campaigns
including PPC (keywords), email, banner advertising
and promotions as well as all future media channels
- Create and manage the strategy,
messaging, creative and offer mix in the development
of these campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and
general marketing expertise
- 5+ years online marketing experience
- Proven track record in segmentation,
profile creation, offer development, message development
and testing required.
- Extensive experience with acquisition
and co-registration programs including email, search,
affiliate networks and various forms of display ad
units. Extensive knowledge of CPA, CPC, CPM, affiliates,
and other advertising acquisition models
- Strong copywriting and project
management skills

- Improve site by watching site’s
key metrics, and getting free customers to convert
to paying customers
- Technical customer support helping
customers implement our solution
- Build community around product
and services, act as user community liaison
Qualifications
- At least 3~5 years web development
experience.
- Standard Webdev skills: PHP, Apache,
JavaScript, HTML, XML, MySQL etc.
- Extensive knowledge of web design
fundamentals including user-centered design process,
information design, visual design, and industry UI
standards
