Mountain View, CA - November 23, 2002     Getting tired of going to venture capital and start-up events crowded with a few hundred attendees that made it nearly impossible to build meaningful relationships with the speakers, and seeing the need of having mentors in one's career, Mr. Chang, Founder and Principal of Minfon, Inc., created the "One Mentor and Four Mentees™" program that invites successful businesspeople to be mentors for entrepreneurs, using a non-conventional format. The program has enjoyed participation from business leaders in Silicon Valley and gained attention from the media.
